Intimate-wedding adjustment
Weddings small enough to park near the vineyard and operate without the full golf-cart transportation system receive a reduction from the applicable venue fee. The reduction is $1,000 from the applicable venue fee.

Outside-vendor policy
Couples may select their own vendors, caterers, cuisines, and service partners. We ask food-service vendors to provide adequate staffing, a service plan able to feed the full guest count within an approved period, and plans for setup, breakdown, waste removal, and power.
Bring-your-own beverage policy
You may bring your own beer, wine, and champagne, with no corkage and no bar minimum. Spirits and hard alcohol are not permitted. Licensed, insured bar service is recommended for guest safety, and we are glad to point you toward experienced providers.
Cocktail hour on the pool terrace
The pool terrace is included with every wedding at no additional charge. Guests take drinks and appetizers there after the ceremony while your photographer walks you down to the water below for portraits.
Tents and temporary structures
Temporary event tents are permitted at the couple's expense. They are not included in the venue fee. Share your placement and anchoring plan with us in advance so vendor access and the ground conditions can be approved.
Seasonal guidance
The property is designed for open-air celebrations during its strongest wedding seasons, May through October. Off-season dates, November through April, are available at lower rates, with planning around daylight and weather.

- A 50 percent deposit reserves your date.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
