Intimate-wedding adjustment. Weddings small enough to park near the vineyard and operate without the full golf-cart transportation system receive a reduction from the applicable venue fee. The reduction is $1,000.

Policies
Vendors and catering. Outside caterers, cuisines, and vendors are welcomed, with a service plan able to feed the full guest count within an approved period.
Alcohol. Bring your own beer, wine, and champagne, with no corkage and no bar minimum. Spirits and hard alcohol are not permitted.
Cocktail hour. The pool terrace is included at no additional charge, for drinks and appetizers after the ceremony while the couple takes portraits at the water below.
Tents. Temporary event tents are permitted at the couple's expense. Tents are not included in the venue fee.
Hours and sound. No curfew and no sound restrictions.
Payment terms
- - A 50 percent deposit reserves your date.
- - The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
